The Category Extension Reports displays aggregated information about extensions based on the selection of Modules from within a Myplace category.

Typically a Myplace category represents the Institutional Organisation Hierarchy, but it may also be extended to include non-Organisation Hierarchy structures that are local to departments or faculties.

This report aggregates the Extension Request information for all Myplace sites contained within a given category (typically a category will represent a Faculty, Department or School, but it may also be a programme or other collection of modules)

Availability

Users must hold the assignsubmission/strathfm:viewinstitutionreports  capability.

Accessing

Via Category management page

If you have the ability to manage categories or courses within a category you can access the category management page.

You should find the "Category Extensions Report" under the Category Administration menu.
