Frequently Raised Issues (that are not issues)

I cannot change my submission

Often when students are unable to change their submission this is due to the configuration of the activity by the teaching staff.

If the "Require students to click the submit button" option has been turned on in the activity, once the student clicks the submit button they cannot change it without a member of staff reverting the submission back to a draft.

This is not a Myplace Support issue as we are not in a position to decide if the student's submission should be reverted to a draft or not.
