Problem
I have transferred incorrect data. How can I remove it / transfer a correction?
Solution
In the same marks return as the one you sent it with, delete the mark(s) you want to remove, or correct them on the screen, the transfer the marks return again.
Duplicate marks
Please do not create a second marks return to try to change the first. You will be transferring two sets of marks.
Transferring the same marks return again ensures you don't create duplicate marks for all the other students in the class.
Multiple transfers shouldn't be done as a matter of routine, but if you've sent data in error, this is how to correct it.
