Problem

After downloading offline grading worksheet, you can't see some students


Solution

There are a number of potential causes for students to not appear in the Offline Grading Worksheet

  1. Student is not enrolled in the class 

    This may occur if a student has left the University, should they submit an assignment before their leaving you may have a submission, but once their curriculum is cleared this would be suppressed and you would not be able to record a grade or feedback.

      

  2. Activity is limited to group members and Student is not in an eligible group. 

    Ensure the student is in an appropriate group for the activity.
