This cannot be resolved in Myplace Marks Return.

A value for a class entered directly in to the Student Record or Exam Board systems take precedence over the values sent from Myplace.

For any further information about the data that is in the Student Record or Exam Boards you must speak with your Student Business contact or staff who manage the exam boards process locally for your department or Faculty.
