Instructions

You can follow the 'getting started' part of the quickstart guide to zoom and when you sign in, sign in with SSO.

We are using our Strathclyde accounts to sign in to zoom. This is not the same as creating a zoom account that happens to use your Strathclyde email - just because it's a strath.ac.uk address, zoom may not recognise you as a member of Strathclyde's zoom account.

In the first instance, you can follow the instructions here to install the zoom app and add yourself. Remember to log in with the SSO option.

If that doesn't help, you may need to add your user information to the suitable 'ZoomLicensedUsers' security group. This can be done by sending a request by email to videoconf@strath.ac.uk.
