Error: The signed in user ('email@strath') is not assigned to a role for the application (zoom)
If zoom gives an error stating that the signed in user is not given a role, these are the steps to enable zoom for that user.
Instructions
In the first instance, you can follow the instructions here to install the zoom app and add yourself. Remember to log in with the SSO option.
If that doesn't help, you may need to add your user information to the suitable 'ZoomLicensedUsers' security group. This can be done by sending a request by email to videoconf@strath.ac.uk.
