When will I lose access to Myplace

Suspension

For most students who registered for a programme starting in August or September your University credentials (username and password) will normally stop working in November following your programme’s completion (“suspended”).

You will not be able to access Myplace once your username and password are suspended.

Deletion

After your credentials have been suspended, they will be deleted 12 months later.

This will include the removal of your email addresses and the deletion of any content held in your University emailbox.
