If you have difficulty joining a Zoom session by downloading and installing the software download, please follow steps 1 and 2 in "Joining Zoom Lectures & Seminars/Tutorials - Student Guidance - Alternative Method" 

Joining via a Browser

Note that it is strongly advised that you use Google Chrome for this - other browsers may not work.

If you are unsuccessful in joining the Zoom session, click on "click here to launch the meeting":

This will provide a new link underneath:

You will be asked to enter your name:

You will then be presented with the option of joining by your computer's audio, or by phone:

You should now be able to join the Zoom Meeting.
