The Shibboleth external login was used to manage Myplace authentication for external staff. As the Shibboleth authentication method is no longer in use, it will be removed from Myplace.

The Myplace team will remove the plugin in June 2024 as it is no longer in use.

What does this mean?

There will be no impact on users as the Shibboleth authentication method is not available for Myplace.
