Post a notice

Notices are the main way to share important information to classes. They are displayed to students via Myplace, in the Mobile App, and delivered to their Strathclyde email address.

Notices are sent using Myplace. They can be public, or target a specific class, groups, or even single students. In Myplace, recent notices are shown within the My Notices block in the Dashboard and in all classes. All notices are are also listed in the Communication Hub.

Ā

Example

Notices are shown under the My notices block. Staff and students can click on a notice to expand it and view the content, or choose to view all notices in the Communication Hub.

The My notices block in the Myplace dashboard shows announcements and a clickable list of the four most recent notices. Each notices shows the title, name and picture of the sender, and the time it was sent. The View All Notices and Post Notice buttons are also available.
