This page gives an overview of the three methods for returning marks to the student record system using the marks return system.

Brief overview

New system to return marks, all marks must pass through this system, acts as a staging post so that all marks can be entered and reviewed in the marks return system before submission to the student record.

Driven by the Core Student Record

Almost all the data in the marks return system comes from the student record system so it is possibly more helpful to not to consider it part of Myplace.  The student details in a class return are drawn from the student record system and not from the students enrolled on the Myplace class.  Missing students cannot be added manually - they must be added by Student Business as they are when they register for a class (CHECK THIS).
