I receive a 'Loading Error' message on Safari when I try to use Turnitin. What should I do?


Recently some Mac Users have reported an error message when trying to access Turnitin reports via Myplace when using Safari. 

We have reported this issue to Turnitin and are providing them with further details as we receive them so they can provide a fix for Safari users. 

Please check back here for updates.

Currently the only reported workaround is to use an alternative browser e.g. Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
