After sending a marks return and recieving a notification of failed returns, the Return Status for student shows "Results have been assigned to an exam board meeting, but a different one was sent from VLE"
Problem
The problem appears when a forthcoming exam board is not set up or Myplace has out of date board data for the return

Currently there is a known issue that results in this error message. You should ensure with Student Business that an Exam Board instance has been set up to cover the students being returned. |
In the first instance, click on the Save button in the return, this should update the exam board data. You should then re-transfer the return to student records.
If you get an failure after doing this then please contact Myplace Support.
