After sending a marks return and recieving a notification of failed returns, the Return Status for student shows "Results have been assigned to an exam board meeting, but a different one was sent from VLE"

Problem

The problem appears when a forthcoming exam board is not set up .

Solution

There are no specific end-user options for this. You should contact SIMS project about this issue, rather than or Myplace has out of date board data for the return

Solution

In the first instance, click on the Save button in the return, this should update the exam board data. You should then re-transfer the return to student records.
