Problem

One of my students took Voluntary Withdrawal for the rest of the academic session. They are not in my Myplace page, but still appear on my marks return. (There may or may not be a mark).

Solution

Leave the boxes blank (delete the incomplete mark if there is one).

Voluntary Withdrawal does not erase the student from the student record, which is the source of the class list. If they have withdrawn there is no reason to return a mark for them, unless they withdrew after completing all the requirements of the class.
