This set of instructions explain how to install the 'R' language on your PC. This is required before before you can install and use RStudio.

1) Before installing RStudio you will need to install R. To do that go to https://cran.r-project.org/ and click the appropriate link for your operating system.
2) 
Click the link that says 'install R for the first time'
3) Click the link that says 'Download R 3.6.1 for Windows'
