This article refers to the Text Editor (sometimes referred to as the 'HTML editor' or even 'TinyMCE') has many icons to assist the user in entering content. Many of these icons and functions should be familiar to anyone who uses a word processor.

The default text editor in Myplace is the ATTO editor, built specifically for Moodle. Below is a brief explanation of the buttons with a link to detailed instructions on how to use the ATTO text editor
