Teams Meetings

As previously announced, Zoom will be retired for most staff on 10 June 2026.

Guidance from 10 June 2026 until 18 August 2026: Staff should schedule a Teams meeting direct from their Outlook calendar or use the templates available in the Teams calendar. Support guidance has been created to assist you with the migration.

Guidance from 18 August onwards: The Education Technology team are finalising the development of a Teams Event activity that will be available from the Activity chooser in Myplace from the Myplace upgrade and academic session change scheduled for 18 August 2026. Support guidance will be available once the Teams activity is available on the Myplace service.
