As a result of the Classic Stream migration, videos have been distributed to staff members' OneDrive folders and a SharePoint document library and will cause embedded video URLs on Myplace to become inaccessible once the automatic redirects stop working on February 15, 2025.
Education Technology are currently working on a tool to help with the updating of these embed codes, that avoids you needing to access the HTML source code in pages where these videos have been placed.
Current Status
The Education Technology team is working with the ISD Systems Architecture team to develop a Myplace wizard tool to help staff update the video URLs. This tool should be ready by January. The wizard tool will be an effective assistance before and after February 15th.
