Log in to PebblePocket PebblePocket - Download and Login
Select the “EDS Competency Recording Form” A
Complete all of the required fields and select “add signature”. The assessor will then be able to sign the recording form.

Note: An optional pop will appear before a signature can be added suggesting hours and minutes / points. Please ignore this field, hours will be logged separately. |
The assessor can then complete the fields in the signature window and once completed select “Save & Lock”

Once the form is saved and locked it can now be sent to your PebblePad account. Select “Send” on the locked form to do this:. Once the form has been sent please follow the guide to Upload Evidence to PebblePad
